The roots of our family business are strong! On this #𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 Tuesday, we are excited to introduce 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗻.
𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 and 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗻 established 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. In Monticello in 1980. Their son, Bryce Dubson, transitioned as owner in 2017 upon Rick’s retirement. 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 is still a staple of the family business serving as bookkeeper for 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴!
In her vital role with our family business, 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 oversees all financial aspects of the business—from income and expenses to purchasing, invoicing and payments.
She may be behind the scenes, but 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 is front and center on this #𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 Tuesday having established #𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗗𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 40 years ago!
